At Our Phoenix Rise, operated by Go Hard Gaming Discord LLC (DBA Iron Phoenix GHG), we want you to be satisfied with the quality of your items. Because we operate on a sustainable, made-to-order model, our policy is designed to protect both the customer and the craftsmanship of our products.
1. All Sales Final (Made-to-Order)
Because every item at Our Phoenix Rise is printed, cut, and sewn specifically for you at the time of purchase, we do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind," buyer's remorse, or incorrect size selection. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled or modified. We strongly encourage you to review the size charts provided on each product page and double-check your order details before completing your purchase.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or is the incorrect item, we will make it right. You must report the issue within 30 days of the delivery date.
To report a defect:

Provide clear photos showing the damage or the misprint.

Once we confirm the defect, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund at our discretion.
Note: In most cases of damage or defects, you do not need to return the item to us.
3. Cancellations
You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, the order is sent to our production facility, and we are unable to stop the process or issue a refund.
