Overview: Made-to-Order At Our Phoenix Rise, we operate on a sustainable, made-to-order model. This means we do not hold inventory. Every item is printed, cut, and sewn specifically for you after your order is placed. Because of this, our delivery timeline has two parts: Production Time + Shipping Time.
1. Production Time (Handling) This is the time it takes to create your item before it is handed to the carrier.

Party Decor & Holiday Items: 2 β 5 Business Days

Custom All-Over Prints: 5 β 10 Business Days
Note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
2. Shipping Costs & Transit Times (USA) We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Orders under $159.00: $5.00 Flat Rate

Estimated Transit Time: 3 β 7 Business Days (after production)
3. Total Delivery Estimates To understand when your order will arrive, add the Production time to the Shipping time.

Example: If you order a T-Shirt, please allow 6 to 14 business days for delivery.
4. Tracking Your Order

You will receive a confirmation email immediately upon ordering.

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your item leaves our production facility.

Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to update in the carrier's system.
Note: If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages at different times depending on which production facility completes them first.
5. Shipping Delays & Carrier Disclaimer While we guarantee our production times, shipping transit times are estimates provided by the carriers (USPS/UPS/FedEx) and are not guaranteed.

Once a package leaves our facility, Iron Phoenix GHG has no control over carrier delays, weather disruptions, or misrouted packages.

Holiday Season: Please allow extra buffer time (1-2 weeks) during November and December due to high carrier volume.
6. Lost or Stalled Packages If your tracking has not updated for more than 10 days, or if your package is marked "Delivered" but cannot be found:
